House rules
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 13:00 Check-out is by 10:00 Self check-in and check-out apply. Please follow the instructions provided prior to arrival.
Maximum Occupancy: The house accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events or gatherings are strictly not allowed. The property is located in a quiet suburban area with permanent neighbours. Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times.
Smoking: No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and cigarette ends must be disposed of safely and responsibly.
Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.
Fire Safety: The house features indoor and outdoor fireplaces which may be used with care. As the house and decks are largely constructed of timber and the property is set within an indigenous forest, fire safety is critical. Fires may not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property.
Cleaning & Care of the House: The house is self-catering. Please wash dishes, remove rubbish and leave the home in a reasonable condition on departure. Additional cleaning services are available on request. Any damage or breakages must be reported as soon as possible.
General Respect: Please respect the house, the surrounding forest and the neighbourhood. Excessive noise, unsafe behaviour or disregard for these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
