Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date may qualify for a refund, subject to the terms of the booking platform used.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

In the event of early departure or reduced stay length after check-in, no refunds will be provided for unused nights.



We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes or cancellations.
